Had to grind out a few more levels to meet some critical 1HKO/2HKO breakpoints on the ayyylmao's attacks but it was easy enough once I had the raw stats to throw at him to take more than 1-2 hits per mon. He's surprisingly not nearly as bad as Rayquomi looked if you don't have access to a bunch of the stat boosting mechanics/have shit IVs & EVs.

whether you think that's 'valid' is entirely up to you. but i did play through your game, i was honest how i felt about it, and, honestly, i really do think the game was better than i expected it to be and that i think it both showed improvement and the capacity to improve further.
like i said at the end of my review, if you improve on things like presentation, area design, character arcs, etc. things i pointed out as weaknesses, you'd have a game that's not just received better by us but also by a wider audience. look at games like rejuv/unbreakable ties/ashen frost and their presentation, maybe use things like the ekat tiles or public asset backgrounds, maybe ask a spriter to help you, take a creative writing course so you can come up with satisfying narratives for your characters and how to introduce compelling elements and such.
i just highly do not recommend using places like this or rebornevo if you need help each step of the way, the only reason you should be in these places is for entertainment and/or finding friends to help you with your project, not things like 'how should i write X character'

i don't know how much it would have helped, as azelf is psychic and thus couldn't do anything, and i don't really recall having much in the way of dark or ghost moves

Giving Gyarados pseudo-STAB on Crunch has done wonders at LARPing mega gyarados sweeps in the relatively lower power leveled Deshret area for me.

This was my final Vega team, I used it from the start of Altair to the end of vega. In Vega I even kept machu as a Pichu till level 80 just to get volt tackle

This fight was obnoxious. He had the perfect set of coverage moves to hit my entire team, but didn't actually feel unfair in any way aside from just incidentally countering my squad. I ended up just using a Revive Herb to trade Komala for a "2nd" Gyarados.
