He and Gulus have to reconcile with each other and they become one truly whole being again rather than separate personalities and maybe a full on back story too while we're at it
Quantumon streamed the final battle to the humans and that helped show that some Digimon mean well and can co-operate with humans
Oh and an obligatory panning shot across a ton of humans watching Gammamon about to die saying something like "MY BROTHER HIRO TAUGHT BE ALL ABOUT THE HUMAN WORLD AND I LOVE IT SO I CAN'T LET YOU DESTROY IT! before powering up.
