Yeah, B2W2 has a theme about "Change" and how that can be bittersweet. So going from the kinda rural White to the Industrialized Black2 syncs well with that. You even get access to both sets of version exclusives. The only real downside is not getting both legendaries.

Ideally, you'd pick the one that comes after the first Gen 5 game you'd play. If you want to play one, then it honestly doesn't matter unless you want specific exclusives, or keys that don't really matter due to the game's retarded Key System. (Unless you hack all of them)

IMO:
Zeckrom > Reshiram
but
Black Kyurem < White Kyurem

Therefore you may want to go White to white 2, but as others have mentioned it's probably better to go white to black 2

Best thing about Black 2 is it lets you unlock hard mode after you beat it
