The team utilizing it is, as said, semistall or bulky offense, with the aim to hazard stack as much as possible, force the chip to rack up with phazing, spinblock with Sinistcha, throw some pivoting in there with Flip Turn, and threaten with OK coverage and Calm Mind on Sinistcha.
Nothing revolutionary.
Tinkaton is just a mon that looks unviable on paper but in practice is a niche pick that excels where it fits and exploits holes in the metagame that make it much stronger than it otherwise would be / should be.
