>>56834373Well, that would hopefully be on a more powerful system (like the 3DS and maybe even reach the Switch) and they wouldn't have to change everything at once, giving them extra wiggle room to work on the new 3D tech while salvaging some of the 2D they were more used to for a smoother, more gradual transition.
