>>56835153>any hints/strategies to how to beat post game?EVs and strategies matter more than raw levels, it's better to have most of your pokemon at levels you can easily reach with new additions than just maxed. The only benefit you get from higher levels is more learned moves, and enemy ace pokemon effectively go down a level or two. That's it.
Status is important. Many enemy AI really doesn't like having a lot of pokemon statused, and may begin to act erratically
Learn to play the "predictions" the AI makes. It's more art than science, but you can bait the AI into really advantageous decisions for you if you condition a response, then punish it.
Make the most of your items per battle, and remember you can effectively reproduce the effects of Resto/Chesto for "free" a few times per battle. This is of massive value for bulky setup pokemon, that can do something like a Calm Mind Rest set, that has a full 3 moves it can actually use.
Keep switch mode in the back of your head. Switch effectively makes the game massively snowbally, and if you are confident you can start a snowball and maintain it, this can let you pretty easily take some fights, this is especially valuable for the Shadow Council fights, which tend to be a bit more swing-ey than regular fights. Just be advised, losing one pokemon you aren't planning on often means you just lose. Hyper momentum, for better or worse.
