im buffing up 2 accounts with 2 different packs.
When trading comes, i will have 2 accounts like its 2 different people that leveled up naturally
I honestly dont see how can that go wrong.

So close, yet so far. Giovanni was in the last three cards of the deck. Never saw him. I was happy the guy got to flex on me at the end, though. Finished it with a full-art gengar ex that I was sure would never come out.

It can't be real. UK law dictates that all games with packs must advertise the odds of each pack containing whatever item. If there was a bent edge pack, they would be forced to disclose it or not release it in the UK

Seems like a lot of setup for a pretty underwhelming payoff. Maybe it could work with Articuno or some other pokemon that can damage benched pokemon. Trying to set up with poison sounds way too slow.

Mostly luck of the draw with your opponent's deck choice. I've had my fair share of losses, but I've gotten a full level from matches with this deck. You can just give it fire/water/psychic energy to cover most meta decks, but at the same time, you run the risk of getting the wrong amount of energy to make Ditto good. So, I just go mono type (usually fire or psychic since I see that the most), and I just wing it.

A rare pack is a specific thing where every card in the pack is of a certain rarity or higher. It's basically just a pack full of full arts. They would have to say explicitly "bent edge pack" or some shit under UK law.

I didnt get any animation from it. From all the pulls iv done, animations dont mean much either. Just if you see a sparkle when you rip, or if the background goes rainbow when you flip thru the cards just guarantees at least 1 good card. But i've pulled rare cards with zero animation.

When I was creating and testing the survey I tried entering my ID without the hyphens and it displayed oddly on Sheets. Maybe I was doing something wrong but when I added the hyphens the ID came out fine.

I think that would be rad. You might want to eventually get some proxies made out of more resilient material than cardboard if there are people who struggle with impulse control and the like, but in general I could see it being a fun group activity. Rules are easy to learn and there's a companion app they can play outside the group.

What's this bent card thing about? I never noticed any difference between packs and if there's something to look out for then I'll try it even if it's bs, on the off chance it's not and they patch it later.

You can close the app while on the pack wheel and when you re-open it, the game will have a pack opened for you. The pack's contents are determined the second you pick the type of pack you want.

I think it depends on the pokemon's intelligence and their capacity to consent.
There's the whole slavery thing, the soul connection through aura thing, the some species being impossible to tell apart from animals when wild thing, all sorts of things that make it a weird area to even think about.

Pack poonts are exclusive to that pack release. So if you are a collector you're going to want to spend all your points before they get rotated out.

Working on a deck that uses board disruption to stall games out and win but I'm struggling to find a way to build it. Right now I'm using pidgeot and hitmonlee to disrupt and spread damage but im not sure how to end games. Right now I'm using marowak but his damage output is super inconsistent but its also the highest you can get for such a low space investment in a deck. Decks that just vomit high damage after stall do not need Giovanni. Some attacks do not even add the bonus. So fixed damage effects like Zebritska, Hitmonlee and Dragonite are useless with it. Meaning that Dragonite decks do not need it. Wheezing can replace it with Koga, making for a powerful stall battery. By the time you land Draco Meteor, if you ever stall for enough time without winning already, you do not need the 10 extra. Giovanni is more of a thing for decks that hit for specific damage thresholds to steal games. Sandshrew deals now 150 damage if no potions are involved.

2 Sabrina if you can afford the space, 1 can often be enough. 2 has saved my ass plenty. Some decks, like Pidgeot do not need more than 1 if any. Once Pidgeot is online, it doesn't matter.

My usage of it is to block the bench with shit that has high retreat cost or punish lame energy distribution. More often than not the setup can go lethal against the bench, it also makes the opponent waste some energy based on the deck. Unsuspecting players leaving just the ralts or other weak setup alone in the back see it die next turn. They called 4 energy for magikarp once, but let it there alone. 30 HP is basically a free point.

Finally all cleared Expert Solo. The hardest one was Starmie ex and Charizard with type disadvantage. I had no Ex mons for that type so I just hope my opponent bricked while I drew into every card I wanted no exceptions and the computer failed every flip.

I'm pretty sure all the challenges can be done free to play if you build right.

the game is pretty fun but i really dont think the meta will be very interesting until another set comes out. i dont even just mean in terms of viable decks but right now there aren't enough ways to outplay anyone. each turn really only has one or two very easy decisions to make, and deckbuilding has almost no decisions to make since there's like 3 or 4 good trainer cards.

I haven't been paying attention to any of the meta decks until now because I'm not sweaty but I've just put together the Pikachu Ex deck since I have all the cards for it.

Holy shit, that little yellow gerbil is a fucking MENACE. I personally think it's better than the Mewtwo/Gardevoir deck. Mewtwo deck is capable of more damage but it takes longer to set up and you can be unlucky with the Gard evolution line draw. The Pikachu deck ramps up fast and it's a lot more forgiving if you don't draw the perfect hand right away.

I dropped the game like over 2 years ago. It got way too repetitive with pretty much the exact same content and grind every month, the powercreep got out of control way too fast, newer events made older units obsolete because of dumb gimmicks that required the new toy to be hard-countered and it would take forever to release new characters. I believe I dropped it like some months before Lana got a seasonal but by then I just couldn't care anymore.

The last thing I know came from some youtuber calling out how retarded the latest anniversary was by literally recycling Cynthia, Steven and Lance effectively turning their older versions completely obsolete. Ah yes, and they also increased the cost to spark.

Dragonite is terrible. What are they smoking? Random 50 damage is not good and dual-energu type is completely rng dependant as others have said on these thread. You can have an even split on electric and water types in your deck and still get a terrible imbalance of energy, it needs a patch

It's easy enough to build a deck that can stall until its ready. Getting four of the same energy in a row is rare but even when it happens you should be able to use those points building up your second dnite or something. You can get bad spreads on the 200 damage but I find it way more reliable than flipping coins for misty or Marrowak.

Nah. Dragonite is kinda busted. 200 damage for 4 energy is just plain good. Using Draco twice is game winning. Sometimes just one Draco is enough to win even if you had no points prior.

Dragonite might not be great in a vacuum but the reality is that other S/S+ tier decks are pretty much just as awful and susceptible to bricking, making them perform about as well as it does on average.

Backwards packs alone are shit

If you get 2 backwards packs, one is good, one is shit

2 bent corners by itself is good

If you have 2 bent corners and 1 bent corner then the 1 bent corner is good

If you have backwards packs and bent corners, the bent corner is good, not the backwards
