-'Legendary' just means that the pokemon can only be captured once per game, and does not lay eggs. But this design document came out alongside SM, where you can obtain two of the cover legendary - does that not 'count' because Cosmog and Solgaleo are different Pokemon? Where does that leave Koraidon and Miraidon?
-'Mythical' just means that the Pokemon cannot be captured in normal gameplay. It is then specified that Deoxys is 'still' a mythical, because it cannot be captured in the original RS.
-Phione is referred to as a 'quasi-mythical,' with a footnote explicitly stating that Phione should never receive any label or classification in official media because it's too confusing. What a cop-out.
-Hoopa and Volcanion are canonically Hoenn Pokemon.
