Z-Moves were an interesting idea but when a mechanic is given to every single Pokemon it's only natural that Pokemon that are already stupidly fucking good are going to be the ones to abuse it (fucking Z-Geomancy).
GF weren't smoking anything, they just don't know how to balance games for shit despite claiming to keep game balance in mind. If they did, they probably wouldn't keep bringing back Lando-T and Incineroar to continually overcentralize every single meta around themselves.
