better question: why is something like tinkaton or alcremie only female? they aren't cases like jinx where they literally just look like cartoon women. they do look somewhat feminine sure but not really any more than like, lurantis or ribombee, which both have 50/50 gender ratios. would a male tinkaton or liligant really be that much wierder than a male gothitelle or gardevoir? and that's not even getting into things like primarina, where it's genuinely a lot more feminine than something like alcremie, and yet is male 87.5% of the time.
