Why do you think you want this?
1. Why do you want two nearly identical turtle lines when you'd use neither?
2. Is it that they resemble each other more? Why are you complaining about Wartortle -> Blastoise and not Remoraid -> Octillery?
3. Why can't you accept that Pokémon are Pocket MONSTERS and that their "evolution" is not literally evolution as in our world, but an instantaneous mutation into a more monstrous creature?
4. Blastoise itself (and its evolution) is probably one of the biggest reasons Pokémon got so big and why you got interested in the first place, even if you don't realize it; if you preferred lines like this, you have Digimon or other monster-catching games you can play where the monsters barely change with each stage
