Given that the League Club is a school's extracurricular activity that's self organised by the student body, any "abuses of power" that Kieran does is up to the charter, and a (likely informal and probably not that binding) contract (given that everyone but Drayton isn't old enough) that they made themselves. And what see Kiki doing in game (that isn't just stuff other people talked about) is the whole "I'LL SIGN YOUR OWN RESIGNATION THING FOR YOU", which like. He is the club president. If he has authority to unilaterally kick club members out, then he does, and arguably the faculty intervening is an overstep on their part.
Of course, if he doesn't, things get a bit more murky... but I doubt that there's a proper clause for "demoting the Club President due to dereliction/abuse of duty". They are just kids after all.
Anyway, my point is that basically, I don't think Kieran did anything bad enough really, besides being snippy and grumpy.
