I miss how dark Pokémon Stadium felt, the franchise wasn't so infantilized back then. The sports-like announcer, the death animations, the raw sounds of the attacks such as bubblebeam, thunderbolt or earthquake. It really felt like a better franchise, newer games aren't delivering on that n64 fantasy. The monsters are the same but it's like it was trying to be so much more serious, it even had a spooky vibe when using debuffs or confusion, I could believe these creatures were dangerous.
Also the design of the menus, just, everything felt high class instead of a game for faggots.
