Rainbow Disc sustains poison chip forever on Regigigas and Toxic should still turn into regular poison after a fight. My intention for getting him repoisoned between heal sets is just blind switch him into everything that conceivably clicks toxic if this works like Trainer Tower where there's a preset pool of mons and movesets it pulls from.
The biggest argument for Phoenix Flame to me is avoiding getting sneeded by Sash/Sturdy+OHKO moves if anything like that is in the pool of mons pulled from. Possibly The World as well, but I'm pretty confident Kyogre could switch into Pelistorm and tank 3 hits comfortably before resting off the damage.

Lunala handles Guillotine and Horn Drill at the very least. Shadow Shield means you pretty much always have time to set up with anything else though. I'd recommend a bold nature with such a set.
