It used to be the Colosseum games that had shit-ugly characters, but that was fine so long as spin-offs suffered.
Whoever is the lead designer of the NPCs and secondary characters should sit next to the art director that approved their garbage and beat each other to death knuckle dusters made out of glass and rusty needles.
