Actually, did I say Gen 10? My bad, it's more likely it'll be Gen 12-13, when we move onto the next platform after Switch 2, because Switch 2 having backwards compatibility means GameFreak will stick to HOME, and force people to buy PLA in order to get most of the Hisuian Forms with their own two hands.
Thus, the Hisuian Forms will remain "stuck in the past", and thus they'll continue to be absent from the anime because the anime has no frame of approved reference for how these Pokemon should appear under normal circumstances.
