Lore-wise though, it's basically the polar opposite of Manaphy. Whereas Manaphy is born in cold seas and lives without others of its species due to being able to bond with all other Pokemon, Phione are instead born in warm seas and live in packs, lacking the ability to immediately bond with other Pokemon and instead rely on group warnings and camouflage to get by.
