Or did the games not say.It's some kind of gene or innate characteristic or something like that which some of them have (Don't remember the exact reason but it's something like that), those with it when you Dynamax them will change into a different form instead of just simply getting bigger.
There was DLC where you could get materials to make a soup that when fed to a Pokemon that can Gigantamax will make it have that gene, or remove it if you feed it to one that already has it.
Also it was kinda funny that this DLC had you eat the soup too and had the NPC flat out ask you if you can also feel the Dynamax energy swelling within you as a small red cloud spins around you for a second... only for that NPC to say that you are basically lying if you say yes because it has no effect on humans. Felt like the devs trying to slap down people who would try to claim it can make humans giant... not like that stopped artists.> but I find it hard to when I constantly hear that they're shitI wouldn't say they're shit, they did some things well, but they are far from the golden era of Pokemon games. Might just be meh at worst, but I wouldn't say they are bad games.
