>>56979254Floatzel is legitimately ass unless you specifically fear Fantina and don’t mind grinding a bit. No decent water moves until you get brine from beating Wake, and your only real attacking move that does damage is crunch upon evolution.
Milotic is very, very good but unfortunately encountered way too late in the main story. You can use apps and stuff to quickly isolate Feebas tiles nowadays, so it’s not like it’s such a hassle to get anymore, but it’s up to you if you want to wait super long to get an (admittedly very strong and bulky) water type.
I’m going to be real anon, if you want consistent water type damage throughout your playthrough I’d suggest Gastrodon. Starts with water pulse (very good), gets mud bomb and potentially a good hidden power not long after, and takes hits well.
