The starters are still starters without Blaze/Overgrow/Torrent, and Game Freak generally avoided monsters truly defined by their abilities, like Castform, Shedinja, Slaking, Kecleon, Mimikyu, Komala, and Eiscue.
Arguably Zorua/Zoroark got snubbed, but that's really it, with the only other major point of annouyance being the fair quantity of Levitate monsters affected by Ground moves in Arceus.
