Needs to minmax the fuck out of it to make it more viable. Drop spec atk and speed to base 10 each and pump the difference into spec def. Should make it a solid UU mon at the very least

That monster would be quick banned in a heartbeat. The low speed would mean it wouldn't last in OU (outside of maybe a brief niche as a suicide lead) but it'd be way too powerful for UU and below.

In regards to what? Match ups? If that is what you mean, it really depends on the 'mon itself. Water and grass would have the obvious advantage of their typing but if you look at something like Meganium, the movepool would be a knock against it (why they just don't give it fairy type is another topic) but something like Cinderace could potentially maneuver around it due to it's ability. It all depends I guess.

Why so many quad weaknesses to good types? Shit, they should change the types of a couple of pokemon, Rock/Ground makes sense for Onix but not for the rest of the kantomons. It's crazy.
