It's fine. I don't like mons like heracross or golem and find them boring but whatever works for you.
In my experience meganium is actually a moderately strong mon in fangames with some good utillity (lvl up screens, leech seed...).
Starmie and skarmory are the only mons which are even remotely close to being favorites for me here.

Working on my Gen 2 living dex. Currently in Kanto, trying to level up the Game Corner Larvitar by taking on the rest of the gyms in Crystal, before doing it again in Silver. Hopefully I'll end up with a Tyranitar after Silver's Kanto gyms.

I'm started up an abandoned Crystal playthrough today. The last major thing I did was beat Morty. Not sure what I want to evolve Eevee into but I'm leaning towards Espeon, and I'm planning to swap Gyarados in for Crocanaw.
Is there a good place I can try to get my cartridge repaired? Crashes are common and all I know is that it's not the battery since I can still save. The only place I can find online is DKOldies, which I hear isn't great.

First time playing Heart Gold, looking to exchange Hoppip for a different grass type ASAP, might pick Leafeon if nothing turns out
Also levelling Abra the old fashioned way, I tried daycare in Fire Red and it made a fucked up level 24 Kadabra that knew 0 moves

Just beat White 2 Challenge Mode for the first time. This was my team and I'm proud of my boys. Shame about Samurott being the weak link in the team since it was my first time using her but by the end she just couldn't hang with all the damage and speed.

I don't know if I like the space filler or not, but it was a fun team, and I think getting to experience that is special in its own right when you use mons you wouldn't normally have picked when you were a kid. Especially with "no overlap" as a rule.
