I'd add regenerator, but Tornadus-T, as nightmarishly difficult to stop as it was in rain, would deserve a retest with Toed gone. As for Latios, a ban has been long overdue for many years. The only reason he stuck around because he was surrounded by even more egregious threats that had to be addressed first. By the time Latios was the last man standing, interest in the format waned in favor of the vastly more popular sixth generation.
TL;DR keep sand itself and give gen 5 the nuclear banlist it deserves.
