for me its on fire red/leaf green is the fossils being level 5 when you revive them. i always found that gay as fuck and completely unreasonable that late in the game when they were level 30 on the original.
hell if they wanted to give you a sense of working for it they could have made the compromise level 20 like the Hoenn games.
