I chose anons photo from an old thread for the op, because I experienced comparable struggles.

I was hunting Aipom in my Heartgold badge quest when I came across my second phase Heracross, however in the process of attempting to catch it while getting high in my car in my garage, i accidently fat fingered and ran away on it.

Yes, however I have integrated the energy from such suffering to further strengthen my will to never give up.

As a cope I got on my Ultra Moon copy and employed my shiny charm to Masuda me up a shiny friend ball Bagon. You know the best mon in the game. I was rewarded with a shiny in like 60 eggs. So my holiday's are off to a good start.

I am going to get that Aipom though, and the rest of the phases coming my way.
