For me, Ive always wanted just a regular dragon. Something between Charizard and Dragonite.
Lizard > dinosaur > dragon, all quadrupedal
Starts out as a regular lizard that you can find in the early game; nothing special. Becomes an actual dragon type at 25 but doesnt get a dragon move until 40, because its clear they dont want you to have dragons early.
