Hoenn on the other hand has only two cross gen (Wynaut and Azurill) out of 135 Hoenn Pokemon, so Hoenn is actually more similar to Kanto and Unova in adding over 100 new Pokémon whereas Sinnoh and Johto are more similar to Kalos, Alola, and Galar in adding fewer new Pokémon. Sinnoh and Johto inflate the additions with crossgen evos and babies whereas Kalos inflates it with megas and Alola and Galar inflate it with regional forms and evos/preevos.
