It has terrible offenses, which makes its speed useless in a campaign run. It is only slightly bulky, if you can call it that. It has terrible HP. You're stuck using weak grass stab, slam and aerial ace.
I like Serperior, but gamefreak made it terrible just because contrary is good, which you can't even use in BW1.
