STAY MAD CYNTHIASIMPS
Someone like him usually wouldn’t be caught dead in such a hotbed for filth, but he was always happy to drink in the atmosphere of these little corners of history. Even better was the lack of visitors, save for the librarian seated at the desk at the other end of the wooden floor. The mousey woman appeared startled by his presence, looking up from her novel and greeting the elite with a wide-eyed expression. After offering her a friendly smile, he quickly got to work maneuvering himself through the library’s maze-like layout, stifling burps and groans into his fist as the edges of his tummy bumped against the wooden shelves.
Eventually Lucian wandered into a secluded cranny, tucked away into a far corner and out of the librarian’s line of sight. From there he observed the shelves and their contents, running his finger along the row of spines facing outwards. “Let’s see… To Catch a Delibird, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Galar, The Girl with the Dragon-type Tattoo… Ah, here we go.” He eventually settled on a novel with its title illustrated in gold letters.
Lucian fished it out and quickly got to work digging into its pages, leaning into the nearest wall while keeping that same cool smirk on his face. He massaged a hand into his middle, attention too focused on the text in front of him to pay her much mind; the gurgles pounding out of his guts filled the otherwise empty air, occasionally joined by a muffled slosh and the accompanying murmur of Cynthia’s voice. She was still dedicating herself to wrestling with his stomach, no doubt still convinced she could fight her way out. Despite this, he noted that she was beginning to run out of steam. Her jabs had less weight to them, attempts to throw herself into the stomach walls resulting in her falling over herself and squirming weakly. It wouldn’t be long until she was just an obedient meal waiting for digestion.
