There is nothing realistic about Tobias’s character. Even by Pokemon Anime’s standards, he isn’t realistic.
Literally doesn’t make any sense how Cynthia or any of the Sinnoh E4 can beat this guy. You know, the guy who has a single Pokemon capable of soloing multiple trainers and was only forced to use 2 Pokemon against Ash. The guy whose Darkrai (pretty frail Pokemon) tanks a fucking Megahorn from Heracross + chip damage + Gible’s attacks before being knocked out by Sceptile.
You really expect someone to believe even Cynthia can beat him? It’d be like if Broly join the first tournament in Dragon Ball, effortlessly solos the tournament, the loses to Jackie Chun somehow.
Nah he for what ever reason quit before the E4 or was disqualified/banned or some shit.
