The game shits out items at you constantly, there have been at least three different raid events where they've given out Ditto with the "correct" IVs(0 Spd for Trick Room, 0 Att for special attackers, even a full 6 IV)
Literally the only thing you have even a slight case for is getting 0 IV Bloodmoon, but a few people have actually been using a "fast" Bloodmoon that works with Tailwind and seeing success
As far as grinding, I maybe play the game couple of hours a week, and don't do raids much at all, and I have 999 of almost every shard, evolution item, and anything else needed to make a mon competitive
If you hate actually playing Pokemon, just say that and take your ass to Showdown
