Really Typhlosion should be the bar to determine which Pokémon allow the exist in the franchise at all. Any Pokemon with less fans than Typhlosion is an abject failure and a a waste of resources and should here be permacut from all spheres of the franchise, main series, spinoffs, cards, merch etc. Though this technically means that Typh shouldn't ever be cut since every ladder needs a bottom rung.
