If I were in charge of TPC I'd do a proper dexcut from the ground up. No more trademarking nothingmons like Finneon, Stonejourney or pic related.

The dex cut would've been a great opportunity to buff weaker Pokemon.

Also if I was in charge no Pokemon would be exempt from the dex cut. People shouldn't take fan favorites like Lucario for granted.

If I were in charge, there wouldn't be a dexcut because there is no valid excuse for not recycling the models that were INTENTIONALLY MADE TO BE EVERGREEN AND INFINITELY REUSABLE, BY THE SINGLE-MOST PROFITABLE IP ON THE PLANET. NO ONE should be defending this HORSESHIT.

If I were in charge, Pokemon would be a subscription based always online game with all good mons/evos and moves locked behind an additional paywall. Evasion, Crit Rate, and Accuracy would also be regular stats that would have IVs and EVs.
