They weren't gonna give us a ton of Mystery Gift special event legendaries so they gave us the bandaid solution of Ramanas Park. There's still too many goddamn HM roadblocks but they gave us the bandaid solution of you can get over roadblocks without having an HM slave in your party. It's a shit remake but don't pretend that it has no new content at all.
