Anger isn't the path to success with the Battle Frontier, anon. I've been trying for all gold symbols this year to finish my gold trainer card. So far I have gold in the Dome, and silver in all the other facilities. My best advice is to try and stay calm. I've had my fair share of frontier rage and it just isn't productive. I once lost my record 50+ streak at the Tower to fucking Fire Punch Ludicolo of all things. What you need to do is go back to the drawing board, build more battle ready pokemon, and maybe pace yourself with some of Emerald's side content. Don't be afraid to tackle stupid, self made sidequests to get your mind off a loss so you can come back refreshed. How much of your Nat'l Dex have you done? Do you have all the paintings in Lilycove's art museum? Have you obtained all the secret base decorations you can or even made a base at all? You could also set up support pokemon for your team. Do you have a squad of Pickup pokemon to farm items with? A Smeargle designed for catching pokemon with? Egg hatcher Camerupt? Have you gotten all the items available through Thief or set up a Compoundeyes pokemon specifically to Thief items off of opponents? What's your record time on Seaside Cycling Road? Emerald has a wealth of different things you can do to make the game easier in some aspects and take your mind off the grind that is the Frontier. I highly recommend engaging with Emerald to its fullest extent because Hoenn is a very richly detailed region and I highly recommend immersing yourself in it.

Dodrio is probably too weak for the Frontier. Torkoal too. Maybe replace them with Altaria and Camerupt respectively?

Metagross: Meteor Mash, Shadow Ball, Earthquake, Brick Break.
EVs: 252 Attack, 128 HP, 128 Speed.

Kingdra: Surf, Ice Beam, Rain Dance, Rest.
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 120 HP, 136 Speed.

Suicune: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Calm Mind, Rest.
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 28 HP, 228 Speed.

Regice: Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Amnesia, Rest.
EVs: 252 HP, 128 Special Attack, 128 Special Defence.

Starmie: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Psychic, Thunderbolt.
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP.

Tyranitar: Earthquake, Rock Slide, Crunch, Brick Break.

Scizor: Swords Dance, Slash, Fury Cutter, Steel Wing.

You can use the likes of Heracross, Salamence, Swampert, Alakazam, Gengar as well.

Isn't the entire point of Battle Frontier is too use your favorite shitmon?
Like, it's pretty unlikely you would use a pokemon with pickup in a normal situation.
