don't worry about it. everything is legal regardless of the date you claim the event.
the "pokemon received" date is determined when you pick up the pokemon from the pokemart/catch them, so there's really nothing that says you couldn't have just not picked it up in all this time. they should pass all hack checks.

You have to level Darkrai to level 50 before it can be transferred up. That’s so it matches the minimum level 50 it can be found at in Platinum.
Shaymin from DP can’t be transferred up at all
