Cell is awesome, but Toriyama and Toei have too much PTSD from drawing/animating him in his arc. Now that I think about it that might be why Superhero ended up as a cgi movie, go figure. At least we got Piccolo (and Gohan) being relevant again, first time since the Android Saga.
