>>57135888>>57135893NYA either but he's 100% right. The green hue on the official art comes from the streaks of blue-ish throughout the body of Zekrom. That shade of green is the brightest part of the image, indicating that's where light hits most, with the actual rest of the body being a much darker blacker shade. It's clear GF just copied and pasted that one shade of greenish when making the 3D model, as that is now the main color even where it isn't illuminated, and the parts of Zekrom that light hits is brighter than that (almost white, just look at its left thigh, right shoulder, etc.) Now it's clear the model's color absent of light is now greenish when the official art never implied that's the case, and the model doesn't even justify it with the glowing of blue (proven by the spike's glow matching it in the artwork but not in the model, where it looks very out of place color wise). Look at the darker parts of Zekrom (abdomen, shoulders, TAIL, chin, etc.) and yo can tell they fucked up its model's colors by making them so green now.
Now the sprite doesn't have an actual clear light source. This makes sense, as in game the mons usually don't have fucking spotlights on them like how "official art" should be drawn, and they're almost always just out in the world. The sprite's colors much closer match the non-illuminated parts of Zekrom's art.
Honorable mentions: The model also screwed with the way the wings look and are angled, made the tail point more down for some reason, made the legs and feet just seem more fat, and hunched him forward overall instead of that very confident pose in the art. The sprite maybe chibified the eye a little bit but this is understandable much more.
