>Dialga vs PalkiaPalkia takes this. Spacial rend seems weaker than roar of time in terms of bp, but it’s more spammable due to no recharge, more accurate, and has a higher crit rate. Palkia ends up doing much more damage per turn, with a higher speed stat and surf out the gate. Pearl wins.
