If you were just an anti-Meowscarada schizo, I'd have enough evidence to know you're not the bad guy, but you apparently do this with Braixen and Glaceon as well, which are Pokemon that have been around for much longer than Meowscarada (5+ years, apparently), and I'm assuming is an issue that has also been around for longer than noose spam. I'm unfortunately used to schizos who are even more powerful than you are. I wouldn't give a shit except that you spam reported a SFW Meowscarada image I posted and got me banned for it. So you've caused me to become "invested", as it were, and I believe I've found out what I need to know.
I also just remembered that I played some Ivysaur in Project M for the few years that I played it. Not a main or secondary or even tertiary, just a random fun pick. He was pretty cool in that game. Probably the best that Ivysaur has ever been in any game.
