Did Nintendo even ever start putting Denuvo in their Switch games like they threatened to multiple times? I certainly never had an issue emulating anything. Besides, if I know Nintendo like I think I do, they'd be greedy enough to insist that Denuvo pay *them* to put Denuvo in their games, and because that deal is obviously never going to fly, they'd end up developing a Denuvo-like solution in-house that is both more intrusive to the legitimate player experience and also more easily removed or circumvented by hackers.
