How is it fair that she was allowed to take over Koga's gym just because she's his daughter? Indigo League should have had tryouts to take over the Gym from across the region. Also how did Koga even manage to be skilled enough to be in the Elite 4 in the first place, he has the worse team by far of any of the Kanto leaders. I would understand the logic that the rest of them didn't want to be part of it and were fine with their respective cities/gyms, but that's incredibly dumb, especially the fact that there are brand new faces within the E4 as well with Will and Karen. Who at GameFreak was glazing the Koga family line?
