I think all the Pseudo-baby Pokémon like the three you mentioned should just actually be Baby Pokémon and there's only plenty of Pokémon like Kangaskhan and Onix who should have pre-evos. Some people don't like needing to Evolve Baby Pokémon before being able to have them breed, as they want to just quickly breed more Pokémon to keep up with the competitive meta. Really they just need to add more gameplay positives to Baby Pokémon to make the negatives more worth it. I already feel the way the games handle the idea of Pokémon breeding is seriously flawed. But I don't feel I should talk further on that in this thread.
Anyway, threads like these show Baby Pokémon do have appreciation.
