Jirachi could logically be targeted next, if enough people have warmed to the idea of finally banning it.
honestly I believe other steel types like Scizor could rise to fill Jirachi's absence easily enough.
In all fairness, a LOT of contact cancer was added in gen 5, which serve as additional counterplay to Iron head (and u turn) that was not present in gen 4. (rocky helmet, rough skin, iron barbs, etc.)
as for Latias, I think it's a bit overrated. Banning it again would be coming full circle in a hilarious way.
But it's stopped by Ttar and clefable and blissey, and to an extent steel types.
On paper it's a 600 BST dragon type. Fantastic stat distribution, speed tier, ability. These traits make an excellent pokemon. But in the greater context of gen 4, I don't think almost anyone it's broken. It's just good.
