It's 2020 tech (Cortex A78, which Switch2 runs on isn't older than that).
Switch 1 was 2015 tech of a lower tier Cortex-Axx architecture (Cortex-A57 is from 2012) released in 2017 (at this point the much more faster Cortex-A75 was available).
Even taking that into consideration ARM devices made a HUGE jump in performance and architecture after the A57 (Tegra X1 technically has 8 cores but Switch only runs on 4 because the A53 cores are 32-bit and are binned, whereas an A78 with 8 cores can make full use of every core on board even if they were "lower" types like 3-5 A55s)
Centro can say some okay things at his best but he was way out of his element lashing out about the Switch 2 just for allegedly being 8nm
