Skeledirge is indeed more conceptually complex/deep or what have you, but these elements, unlike with Blaziken, are not well-integrated in a naturalistic and holistic manner.
In other words, a lot of that "creativity" is jumbled together clumsily in a way that is aesthetically displeasing, that not even its first form had an issue with.
