L: A only launched in Jan because they needed to get BDSP out the way first, they went into planning it stating they weren't making a remake and while conceding one may get greenlit, stressed they didn't care. There's nothing on the slate but L: Z-A this time. No remake to need to push out first so kids can grasp the finer points of L: Z-A's story, no need to release outside their traditional window, especially after skipping last year entirely (in fact a trad release dovetails with Nintendo aims, any adult buying would likely buy the new system alongside instead of a poorfag option of the older unit, doubly so with Black Friday sales deals advertising cheap systems to boot). They know you've been waiting for news, they conditioned you to wait. Which is why they're going to make you wait even longer before finally releasing this game for you to cry about.
