Despite being not being fast Seadra looking like a gun and being spiky makes it feel like a fast attacker or at least its evo should be, but while I don't hate Kingdra it looks too graceful.
Yeah it could just be Kingdra maturing from Seadra's puberty stage but I do wanna see a fast offensive alt evo.
