For me it's water. The only water-type I wantes to use was Palafin bit it was locked behind the online paywall. Quack, Tauros and Wugtrio look like shit and Dondozo appears to late.

You obviously have non-Paldean options like Gyarados and Water isn't even that good in Paldea but that's still pretty rough
