>you got shrunk to the size of a doll due to a magic spell (magic does canonically exist in universe, especially in the anime)
>nobody can really fix it, you can't really be a trainer anymore even if your pokemon can protect you it's too dangerous/going from town to town would take months
>the girl who hit you feels just awful about putting you in such a position, so she decides to take care of you until she learns to fix the spell
>she prepares a rather ornate doll house which from your perspective might as well be a mansion
>it's a tad awkward seeing her finely dressed dolls be the same size as you are, on the plus side you have a ton of clothes albeit a tad fancy or just too embarrassing to even consider wearing (even if modeling them is a little tempting...)
>it's a bit tough at first having to rely on her to fulfill your needs but you get used to it
>just becomes the new normal
>you really do like hanging out with this girl despite her messing up, she's very kind going out of her way to prepare tiny meals or sharing food even going as far as to provide entertainment, always handling carrying you around gently when need be, it gets to the point where you develop feelings for her
>you really do like this life now, you sort of don't want things to change so you confess your love
>she gives you the big smooch and says she feels the same, saying she was kind of a loner before you met her, how you made her laugh/smile
>she then promises to take care of you forever even if she finds a spell to make you normal (which probably exists but she's still not the best at magic so you'd rather not risk it, besides it's kinda nice being taken care of)
>you decide to live a quiet, content life with the big magic girl, wanting/needing for very little as she spoils you every single day.
